This Privacy Policy explains what OnlyEstateSales, operated by KCSB Enterprises, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in — including with Google — we receive your name and email address through our authentication provider.

Your preferences. The city, state, date, optional home address, route settings, and email-notification choices you enter, plus the digests we generate for you.

Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; we keep only your subscription status and the identifiers Stripe returns.

Usage data. Basic analytics about how the Service is used (pages viewed, actions taken), which help us improve it.

How we use it

To provide the Service — generating your sale lists and routes and, if you opt in, emailing them; to process your subscription and send billing-related messages; to operate, secure, and improve the Service; and to respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share with

We use trusted providers to run the Service, and share only what each needs to do its job:

• Clerk — account sign-in and authentication
• Stripe — subscription payments
• Resend — sending your digest and account emails
• Neon — database hosting for your account and preferences
• Vercel — application hosting
• PostHog — product analytics
• Anthropic — processing fetched listing pages into structured results

These providers handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Home address

If you provide a home address, we use it only to anchor your driving route and to build the map link. You can change or remove it at any time in your dashboard.

Data retention

We keep your account information and preferences while your account is active. You can delete your account by contacting us, after which we remove your personal information except where we must retain records (for example, billing records) to comply with law.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your preferences in your dashboard, unsubscribe from digest emails, cancel your subscription, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Cookies and analytics

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
