Refund Policy

OnlyEstateSales is a monthly subscription, operated by KCSB Enterprises, Inc. We want you to be happy with it. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused part of a period.

Refund requests

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge, no questions asked. Outside that window, contact us and we will consider refunds in good faith, especially where the Service did not work as intended.

Free tier

The Service includes a limited number of free generations so you can try it before subscribing. We encourage using them to make sure the Service fits your needs before you pay.
